ICSOB Registration

The registration is now open with the following prices:

Refund Policy: Attendees who wish to cancel their conference registration are eligible for a 50% refund if the cancellation is made up to one month before the event. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after October 13th. 

• PhD candidate Conference Price:
  • Three registration options are available for students and PhD students:
    • Student, Conference
    • Student, Conference + PhD Retreat
    • Student, PhD Retreat Only
  • Note: Participation in the PhD retreat requires invitation and acceptance before registration.
  • PhD Retreat includes one published submission in the PhD Retreat Proceedings.

• Regular Conference Price:
  • Includes access to the main conference events.
  • Also covers the welcome reception and conference dinner.
  • Allows publication of up to two papers per registration.

• Additional Options:
  • Extra Seat for Conference Dinner:
  • If you wish to bring an additional guest to the conference dinner, you can purchase an extra seat.
  • Invitation Letter for Visa:
  • We provide invitation letters for visa only to authors of papers.
