Full Delegate Registration (Including Conference Banquet)

All prices include 25.5% VAT 
 

Registration fees include access to all scientific sessions, lunches, coffee breaks, the welcome reception, conference banquet, and morning transportation to the conference venue, as well as transportation to Helsinki Airport after the conference.

Cancellation policy

For accepted papers to be included in the Conference Proceedings and Technical Program, at least one author must register by July 1, 2025. Please note that this registration is binding, and no refunds will be issued for author registrations.

For conference delegates who are non-authors, cancellations will be accepted, and refunds provided, until August 15, 2025. A cancellation fee of 100 euros will apply to all non-author cancellations.
