I am a Fulbright Visiting PhD Scholar at University of Michigan and affiliated to the Erb Institute, School for Environment & Sustainability and a final-year PhD Candidate in Software Engineering at the LUT University of Finland. My research focuses on the intersection of technology, sustainability, and ecosystems and explores how companies (particularly technology and software-intensive companies) implement and adopt sustainability practices through collective action and engagement with their internal and external stakeholders.

I hold a Master of Science in Strategy, Innovation, and Sustainability from LUT University Business School in Finland and a bachelor’s degree in business management studies from the University of Cape Coast in Ghana. Before moving to Finland for further studies, I worked for an electronic payment system startup before joining FedEx Ghana as a sales and business development territory manager. I am looking forward to meeting new colleagues at the University of Michigan and collaborating, exploring new challenges, exchanging different ideas and cultures, and contributing to the development of my community.

My diverse interests include playing soccer, fitness, bowling, and sightseeing, and I am excited about developing new collaborations between LUT University and the University of Michigan. My mentoring philosophy centers on empowering mentees to discover their own path while providing supportive guidance and sharing my personal experience and life journey.
