I am an experienced agile and transformation lead. I am a recognized advisor with a long information systems experience and a track record of successful projects. I am passionate in helping companies in their digital transformation. I have a wide experience in finance, industry, telecom and public sector.
I am a certified management consultant (CMC) by ICMC and a certified Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Program Consultant (SPC6). I have hands-on experience on large scale agile transformations both using SAFe and using Lean/Agile principles. I am open, joyful, sharp, and warm person.
I look after competence development at Siili Solutions as the head of Siili Academy. I help companies to reinvent themselves via continuous learning, not to forget vast amount of agile and lean methodologies and tools I have hands-on knowledge to share.
I started to work with IT already while studying at LUT, leading me to work at Neste, IBM, Accenture and a number of small businesses, also being a CEO of a start-up company. I have a pedagogical degree besides LUT MSc (engineering). I have had an opportunity to train at various learning organizations, like Helsinki School of Economics (now part of Aalto University).
I feel I could help young professionals in their early years to discover various opportunities in their career, based on my long experience at small and large organisations and different positions.
I have been a mentor at Value Based Leadership program and I enjoyed the opportunity to help and learn myself more about the challenges of today’s work.
