My name is Elina, a double alumna of LUT. I have graduated both from Business Administration as well as Industrial Engineering and Management. In addition, I have studied Career Guidance at UEF.
I started my career at the private sector but have been working for LUT for more than 20 years, at the beginning, in Continuous Education and most recently in Career Services and Alumni Relations. Creating a smooth path for our students into the working life is close to my heart.
I have been lucky to be mentored during my career and know how empowering process it can be. My own experiences trigger my passion to give back to somebody else. What I wish from my actor is curiosity to find his/her own career path, and willingness to develop and work for it.
In my private life, I’m a mom of three teenagers enjoying my life in the countryside with my husband and our dogs.
