I would like to share my knowledge and experience to support LUT students in technical sciences who are looking to build successful careers in R&D, Engineering, or Project Management.

During our sessions, we will discuss how a strong foundation in core subjects combined with specific technical and soft skills can open great career opportunities. I will share practical insights on career planning with real-life examples, and we will explore effective tools and strategies including how AI technologies can enhance your work and learning.

Why should you trust me?
I graduated from LUT in 2017 and began my career at Danfoss Drives, where I started as a Project Manager and was later promoted to lead the Engineering Solutions segment. Afterward, I relocated to Israel and currently lead the R&D Testing Team at EVR Motors, developing and validating high-performance e-motors for the automotive industry.

My expertise covers R&D, electrical engineering of drives systems, powertrain and power conversion systems across industries such as Heavy Industry, Renewable Energy, and Automotive. Alongside my technical background, I have also developed strong business and leadership skills including product management, project management, process development, and people management.

Over the years, I have taken part in numerous interviews both as a candidate and as a hiring manager with leading companies such as Bosch, Danfoss, ABB, Schneider Electric, Siemens, and SolarEdge. These experiences have given me valuable perspective on what top employers look for and how candidates can stand out.

I truly believe this knowledge also can help LUT students navigate their early careers more confidently.
