My background is from B2B and B2C organizations, where a deep understanding of change and change management from a people perspective has been an integral part of all my positions. I am also inspired by the innovation ecosystems, partnership management, as well as the joint activities with various stakeholders. As a curious person in a changing world, I look for new phenomena, as I always want to learn more and apply it in my own life. Spreading the spark of enthusiasm is one of my missions.
I have acted as a mentor and coach several times, as well as the beer itself as both a mentor and a coach. I feel I have succeeded when my mentees find their own path and object of enthusiasm. At the beginning of a career, it is important to be able to articulate one’s own skills and strengths, and it will also help the mentees to figure out what they like to do. I like to follow the career and life of my mentees even after the formal mentor-actor relationship is over.
In my free time, I work in my garden called Piccolo Paradiso, I read, I spend time with my friends either in the swimming pool, on cultural trips or just drinking coffee. I also like to write, and I currently write a blog called Hajatelmia Piccolo Paradisosta.
