My journey into senior leadership at FE fundinfo is built on proactive opportunity recognition, lifelong learning, and mentorship from influential leaders. With a Ph.D. in Business Model Innovation and degrees in Entrepreneurship and International Management, I laid a strong academic foundation.
During my Ph.D., I founded a startup, gaining critical leadership and resource management skills. The success of this venture led to its acquisition by FE fundinfo, where I quickly rose to Head of ESG Product. In this role, I led the development of a SaaS B2B product to help clients comply with ESG standards and joined the Senior Leadership team at 30, driving a blue ocean strategy and extending the company's capabilities.
Mentors have profoundly shaped my career, teaching me to maximize resources, seize opportunities, and navigate corporate relationships. My career continues to be driven by a commitment to innovation, strategic vision, and creating value through leadership.
