I hold a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management - Global Management of Innovation and Technology from Lappeenranta University of Technology. With over 5 years of experience in Konecranes in data management and procurement, I have honed my skills in tools like SAP, Siebel, QlikView, RPA and Lean manufacturing systems. My career has allowed me to manage high-level projects, optimize resources, and support data migration efforts in diverse sectors.
I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experiences as a mentor because I believe in the importance of growth through guidance. I hope to support my mentee in achieving their personal and professional goals by providing insights from my career journey, particularly in areas such as procurement and data management. I value open communication, a desire for learning, and a proactive mindset in a mentee.
