This year, the Inverse Days will be accompanied by a satellite event Statistics meets Inverse Problems (from Monday afternoon to Tuesday) to celebrate the 70th birthday of Professor Heikki Haario. Professor Haario is one of the founders of the Finnish Inverse Problems Society. All speakers are encouraged to share stories and pictures of Heikki in their talks. On Tuesday, Professor Samuli Siltanen will give a popular lecture at 5 pm, which is open to the public.
The scientific program for Inverse Days will start on Wednesday morning and end on Friday at noon. More information can be found on the Program page, which will be updated closer to the conference dates.
