Tuija Oikarinen (D.Sc. Econ. & Bus.Adm.) works as senior researcher at LUT Lahti Campus, School of Engineering Science, Department of Industrial Engineering and Management. She has some 18 years of experience in business life in various managerial and expert positions and as entrepreneur in the fields of wholesale, retail, and consulting. Since 2001 she has studied organizational renewal from viewpoints of organizational learning, practice-based innovation, facilitation of innovation processes and human resources management. Her dissertation (2008) focused on tensions in organizational learning processes.
