Go through LUT University’s website and look for a possible supervisor for your internship and contact them.

Tips!

• Send an email only to one person and wait for their answer. It is a better way to get a response than to send an email to multiple people at a time.
• When contacting, please make sure to attach your CV and write clearly when you would be interested in completing the internship and for how long. The clearer the email, the better chances you have to get a positive reply.

Once you have a supervisor at LUT University, you should agree with them the content of the internship and the exact dates of the internship.

To see, which things you should agree on, you can check the questions in the application form (STEP 3) in the section "Planned internship at LUT University".

Once you have agreed about the details, you can fill the Application form. _{Note! When filling out the form, you should already have quite detailed information about your internship including information about the insurances and whether your home institution provides them for you.}

After filling out the application form, you will get more detailed information on how to continue the application in LUT Mobility-Online. You should attach the following documents to the application:

• Picture of Passport or EU Identity Card
• Proof of grant from the home institution
• Insurance documents (if not provided by the home institution)

Submit your application and wait for further instructions regarding the Learning Agreement for Traineeship

Once your Learning Agreement for Traineeship has been fully signed, your internship has been approved and you will receive an acceptance letter from LUT International Services.
