Maria Golovleva, Master of Science in Technology, will defend her doctoral dissertation in the field of Computational Engineering at LUT on the 18th of November at noon, Auditorium 1316 in a hybrid event. Her dissertation is titled “Numerical simulations of defect modeling in semiconductor radiation detectors”.
Professor Flyura Djurabekova, Head of the division of Materials Physics, University of Helsinki, will act as the opponent. Professor Panja Luukka will act as the custos.
