Psychosocial well-being in a digitalised work environment is a topical perspective for studying well-being and competitiveness in working life. In the project, we examine the importance of psychological and social factors in preventing burnout, supporting well-being at work, and improving productivity and competitiveness. We collaborate with organisations and bring new information to employers and decision-makers, who discuss different solutions to the challenges of digitalised working life and well-being at work.
