Hello, I’m Joao Nitsch, an environmental engineer with a Master’s degree in Circular Economy from LUT-Finland and over six years of experience managing cross-team projects in waste management, regulation, and supply chain management. My career has taken me through diverse roles across multiple countries, from leading circular economy initiatives in Spain with the Landbell Group to working as a consultant and program manager in Brazil. My professional journey reflects my passion for sustainability and my ability to thrive in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
I chose to become a mentor because I am driven by a desire to share my knowledge and help others navigate their professional journeys, particularly in the fields of sustainability and circular economy. Having managed diverse teams and projects, I’ve learned the value of guidance and support in achieving both personal and organizational goals. As a mentor, I hope to inspire my mentee to embrace challenges with resilience, think strategically, and approach their career with confidence.
