I’ve graduated with a degree in industrial engineering in 2007. Currently I work as a VP, Business Development at HyperIn Oy. I am a recoginized and active influencer in the property techonology domain, with backgroung as a founding member of PropTech Finland initiative, and a serial PropTech entrepreneur. Earlier I’ve gained experience at larger corporations such as Fiskars and Kone.
I believe being menthorship a two-way relationship that can offer real value for both of the parties. With my experience I can provide guidance and direction to a mentee, and parallelly I have a great opportunity to learn from the mentee.
My strengths are combining technology management and industry knowledge with softer values in sales and marketing. As a leader and menthor I try to follow coaching style, which also is related to my free-time passion on various sports and excercising. In a mentee I value qualities such as being a self-driven, passionate and openness.
