I hold a BA in International Business, with a double degree from Germany, and an MBA specializing in Innovation, Strategy, Sustainability, and Business Analytics. Over the past decade, I’ve led creative teams and driven innovative solutions in the gaming industry and digital marketing. As the CEO of Seepia Playables, I’ve successfully navigated challenges like COVID-19, wars, market disruptions, transforming our company from an on-site team to a fully remote operation while building a strong brand presence in a competitive market.
I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and helping others navigate the complexities of the gaming and digital marketing landscapes. My leadership journey has taught me the value of resilience, adaptability, and maintaining a strong company culture, and I’m eager to pass these lessons on to the next generation of professionals. I believe mentoring is a powerful way to give back and support future leaders in realizing their potential. I’m looking for mentees who are curious, open to learning, and eager to challenge themselves in the pursuit of their goals.
Outside of work, I enjoy teaching art, handcrafts, and chess to kids, and I’m actively involved in volunteering for various exciting projects. I’m driven by a deep passion for people, games, and the endless opportunities the future holds. I can be many things, one of those things is being an ambitious unicorn who follows the principal “mind your dream and dream your mind”.
