Hi, I am Kirsti Rautio – Executive Business Coach, entrepreneur, founder of art studio, who has recently made a turnaround from corporate career to small business, and I find it really exiting. My superpower is positive energy and the ability to find it and share it with others. I do believe that we all should do more what makes us happy. It’s all about passion, energy and commitment – and the right attitude of course.
My long international work experience from Valio Group, Steveco and Lappeenranta city enabled me to live abroad and work on interesting projects. I’ve been travelling around Belgium and all Europe to buy cheese; I’ve been building a Sandcastle in Lappeenranta with my team and I’ve been establishing procurement and R&D functions in our company in Russia. My last position at Valio Group was SVP for Sourcing and Procurement and I learned a lot about international Supply Chain Management and leadership in general.
I am also an alumna from LUT, graduated with diploma of Knowledge Management. I’ve been trying to contribute to my Alma Mater in different possible ways and I am also a member of LUT Business School International Advisory Board. I believe that my international background, but also experience of coaching and mentoring will be useful also in mentoring for LUT. I’d love to mentor someone with international ambitions and positive attitude.
