This fall, the KRK Alumni are organizing an event for their members in Turku, Finland!
The event takes place on 12 October, and includes an excursion and a sauna evening, during which the annual general meeting of the alumni association will be held. In the morning, the excursion bus will head to the Olkiluoto nuclear power plant, where we will be offered a comprehensive tour. In the afternoon, we will return to Turku and start the statutory general meeting, during which the board, led by the chairman, will present the past year and outline the activities for the upcoming year. After the meeting, there will be food and refreshments available, and of course, a sauna.
The event is completely free of charge.
Preliminary schedule:
- 8:00 Departure from Turku
- 10:00 Visit begins at Olkiluoto
- 13:00 Lunch and return
- 15:30 Return to Turku and the sauna venue
- 16:00 General meeting
- ~18:30-> Dinner, sauna, free socializing
- 23:00 Departure from the sauna venue
