The research group of Fluid Dynamics is focusing on the research of energy conversion cycles and machines to improve energy efficiency and enabling utilization of these cycles and machines for energy transition. Our research methods include experiments, computational fluid dynamics, design and modelling of energy conversion cycles and machines, prototyping and proof-of-concepts. We are responsible for teaching and research in fluid dynamics, energy conversion machines, and turbomachinery.
